Pastor Pamela Sorrells, Faculty
Pastor Pamela Sorrells, has a “breakers” anointing that God has deposited in her to bring the strength and the purity of dance to His kingdom in the earth.
Surrendering to the will of God in her life, Pastor Pam accepted the Lord in 1991 and began her ministerial journey in the area of worship through the dance ministry. Prior to accepting Christ, Pastor Pam was known to dance and party with the “best of the best.” That same fervor and tenacity turned into a concecrated allegiance to seeing God glorified through the dance. She has traveled extensively to minister in Word and the dance in various parts of the world. Her ministerial travels include the Azores, Portugal, Bahrain, Middle East, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Africa, and in Agana, Guam, to name a few. She has also ministered in multiples churches in the United States as well.
Pastor Pam received dance training at a very young age while in middle and high schools. As an active member of the cheerleading squad, and the Dance Club in secondary school, her passion for the arts became her focus. As a result, Pastor Pam later joined a community dance group that traveled to many area schools to perform and compete. She studied the art of choreography, acting and directing at Union College, Barbourville, Kentucky.
Pastor Pam served her country in the United States Navy where her gift in dance and drama continued to grow and flourish. She also served as an instructor, teaching men and women of the Armed Forces. Currently, Pastor Pam serves as the Director of Total Life Ministries’ dance department, where Dr. Larry D. Palmer is the Pastor.
